| Guwahati, June 2: The phenomenon of frequent load shedding has resurfaced in the State adding to the misery of the common people during these hot and humid pre-monsoon days. Assam State Electricity Board (ASEB) sources here attribute this condition to meagre gas supply and rainless condition. |
